Punk Outfit is the purchasable clothing set, consisting of Green Mohawk headwear and the titular Punk Outfit body piece.

Green Mohawk equipment gives Barry a green mohawk haircut, a pair of red shades, and a beard. When Barry is KO'd, the shades fall off his head. The Punk Outfit is similar to the original Barry's Suit, but the trousers are changed to jeans, dress shirt is colored black and it has a spiky bracelet.

Trivia

• The official artwork mistakenly presents Green Mohawk with Barry's Suit, instead of matching Punk Outfit.
• The first description line for the Punk Outfit is a reference to the American rock band Rage Against The Machine. However, this can be further proven by the last line of the description, which is a callback to one of the lyrics of their most popular song “Killing in the Name”
